Issue Plate
Collarbone Plate Issue?
Okay, so not long ago, around March, I was knocked off my motorcycle and broke my left clavicle. I had an operation to have a plate fitted to hold it all together. Everythings been well and i've regained my mobility etc. However today, I felt about an inch above the scar, the plate. I've never felt it before, and it kind of curves up and goes back down as you move along. I'm wondering if it's just the sweltering heat causing it to expand and curve up, but I don't know. It's not loose and it doesn't move around, i'm just concerned. Any ideas?
Its probably just one of the screws or new bone development in the area.
I would say that the situation is worth some X-Rays and consultations.
I broke my collar bone 2 weeks ago... : ( fig 8 sling... still not healing...
