German Village
In the U.S., are there any German themed towns or villages?
I am looking for a place similar to Solvang CA (Solvang is Danish themed) except German in atmosphere. Basically, I am looking for German cafes/restaurants, German bakeries and made in Germany gifts.
There is a town in Michigan called Frankenmuth that is German themed. My mom and I went there a couple times when I was in middle school and high school. We had a lot of fun there. Great shopping, good German restaurants, and it has a big Christmas themed shop.
