Why do people (women ESP) Get So Excited if a guy can cook a little bit?
My boyfriend and I both can cook. I am a little more gifted than himself, but worked in a restaurant before the line.When learn that people can cook a bit (esp. women), he gets all Accessories and attention and it makes me crazy! Women win all bulging eyes and flirtatious and she go on and on about how great it is. (perhaps because his cousin has lied in saying he was "a chief Hollywood" is far from the truth! For New Year, we cooked for her cousin's party. I made three delicious meals from scratch, he made 2-a plate of fruit (he cut a fruit) and a ham (pre cooked and packaged in a paste (from the local pizzeria). He received credit for the meal and people will stop talking about the ham, which a monkey could have instructions, I know men have always been leaders for some reason, even if many women can cook well and get no props or respect! It is just taken for granted and we just looked like cooks of the house or not so good>
Because society as a whole portrays men as blind idiots.
